We are inviting you to participate to the 2019 Annual Meeting of the Ecofect LabEx that will take place on Friday May 24th, 2019 in Lyon (France).

This year, we will be welcoming two guest speakers:

• Vanessa EZENWA (College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Georgia, Athens, USA) who will talk about the helminth-microbe co-infection in wild fauna and its influence on the host immune system. 
• Evan SNITKIN (Medical School, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA) who will talk about the epidemiology and evolution of antibiotic resistant bacterial pathogens.

This Ecofect 2019 annual meeting will be the opportunity to highlight and share the recent research findings of the 3 large structuring projects: ANTISELFISH, METINBAT & ZIKActin.

We are also inviting all local teams (Ecofect teams or not) to present their Ecofect-related work though flash presentations (10').

Finally, all students and postdocs funded through the LabEx will be asked to present their work through either a flash presentation or a poster.

NB: English is the official meeting language.

You will be notified by May 6th, 2019 if your presentation is selected by the organising committee.

Two 'Young Researcher' prizes will be awarded to the best flash and best poster presentations. This prize is open to PhD students, postdocs and research engineers.
